Order tracking

When your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with the shipping information and the available tracking link.

Still don't have tracking?

Tracking is activated once the carrier picks up or registers the package. It may appear without movement during the first few hours.

If the order is still being prepared, tracking will not have been generated yet. The standard preparation time is 1 to 3 business days, unless the product page or a custom order specifies otherwise.

Need help with an order?
